This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and service delivery for Dzicardz digital visiting card services, vCard SaaS platform, and WhatsApp business solutions in India.

At Dzicardz, we provide digital services including digital visiting cards, vCard SaaS solutions, and WhatsApp store setup.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Dzicardz are digital and non-tangible. Once the service work has started, it cannot be reversed.

Orders cannot be canceled once the work has been initiated or completed.

3. Refund Policy

1. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not applicable.

2. Refunds will only be considered if the service is not delivered within the promised timeline (3 Working Days), provided all required details were submitted by the customer.

අපට ආපසු භාණ්ඩ ලැබුණු දින සිට දින 14 කට නොඅඩු කාලයකට පසුව අපි ඔබට ආපසු ගෙවන්නෙමු.

ආපසු පැමිණීම සඳහා කොන්දේසි

භාණ්ඩ ආපසු පැමිණීම සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලැබීමට නම්, කරුණාකර එය සහතික කර ගන්න:

1. භාණ්ඩ පසුගිය දින 7 තුළ මිල දී ගෙන ඇත.

පහත භාණ්ඩ ආපසු ලබා දිය නොහැක:

1. ඔබේ පිරිවිතරයන්ට අනුව හෝ පැහැදිලිව පුද්ගලීකරණය කළ භාණ්ඩ සැපයීම.

2. ඒවායේ ස්වභාවය අනුව ආපසු ලබා දීමට නුසුදුසු භාණ්ඩ සැපයීම, ශීඝ්‍රයෙන් පිරිහීම හෝ කල් ඉකුත් වූ දිනය අවසන් වීම.

3. සෞඛ්‍ය ආරක්‍ෂාව හෝ සනීපාරක්‍ෂක හේතූන් මත ආපසු පැමිණීමට නුසුදුසු සහ භාරදීමෙන් පසු මුද්‍රා නොකළ භාණ්ඩ සැපයීම.

4. බෙදා හැරීමෙන් පසු, ඒවායේ ස්වභාවය අනුව, වෙනත් අයිතම සමඟ වෙන් කළ නොහැකි ලෙස මිශ්‍ර කර ඇති භාණ්ඩ සැපයීම.

අපගේ තනි අභිමතය පරිදි ඉහත ප්‍රතිලාභ කොන්දේසි සපුරා නොමැති ඕනෑම වෙළඳ භාණ්ඩයක ප්‍රතිලාභ ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමේ අයිතිය අප සතුය.

ආපසු ගෙවිය හැක්කේ සාමාන්‍ය මිල කළ භාණ්ඩ පමණි.

භාණ්ඩ අප වෙත ආපසු ලබා දීමේ පිරිවැය සහ අවදානම සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය.
